So yeah another one of those big threads where we just share a bunch of youtube links and talk about how awesome they are.

RULES: Post R&B and Pop tunes from the 80s. By neglected I mean not huge tunes everyone knows rather groups and artists that have been ignored or forgotten in the critical appraisal of the period. This doesn't mean that you can't post tunes that were massive at the time. Basically Cameo is ok but Madonna is not, right?

I'll kick thins off with Vanity 6. They were a pop group formed by Prince for Vanity and his girlfriend at the time. Think they only did one album before Vanity went mental on Heroin and became a born again Christain but it's great. The big single was Nasty Girl:
