I was watching the first part of that BBC Queen doc last night and it struck me as quite odd that Queen apparently got their big break by taking Bowie's place when he pulled out of Top of the Pops.

Two and a bit years later, Sex Pistols get their biggest exposure when they replace Queen after they pull out of Bill Grundy's Tonight show.

Don't know what the point is- just thought it was interesting.
