From Dakhla in the Western Sahara, Group Doueh switch from soaring and hypnotic rocking and rolling guitar tracks to meditative acoustic folk songs, rooted in the traditional foundations of Sahrawi / Hassania music.

Their new upcoming album Zanya Jumma is musical alchemy in its purest, most remarkable form - pushing at the boundaries of geographical divergence while simultaneously speaking to the shared resonances between Western rock rhythms and the pulse of the Saharan trance tradition.
