Reeeeeeeeal long shot. But does anyone else remember an article a few years ago written by a middle aged guy describing his discovery of (largely North American) indie music? Lead him to realise not all music sucked these days. He referenced New Weird America and went into length RE: Devendra Banhart, perhaps not his strongest point. Does anyone have a link? I think it'll be the straw to break my dad's back. Think it was mentioned on the boards recently...
