I thought their debut was good... not great but good, it was a solid 6.5 or 7 out of 10 record and wasn't as good as the EP. Just listened to this here new record a few times, first over my friends, in the car and now on headphones and I have to say they are quite a lot more impressive now, sure the reverb drenched harmonies are still there but the songs aren't as dependent on them & the songs sound musically much more accomplished... whereas the first album diminished in quality for me from repeated listens this album is more of a slow burner and reveals more on each listen. I had pretty much dismissed the record but I have to say I'm pretty impressed
