Isn't it a bit depressing being in them for so long? OK, they've fulfilled their dreams of stardom on a grand scale no matter how horrid you think their music is. But they're not exactly bands the original fanbase sticks with for life. It's like being stuck in permanent year 10. Or maybe like the stereotypically miserable, bitter and twisted childrens' party clowns.
