I remember seeing them several times back in my Leeds days, and they were always worth going out for. This promo thing must work too; my girlfriend was all "Oh, this is nice" on hearing it and immediately tried to Google it, and was well happy that I had some great handmade CD they released years ago just lying around. Maybe this is how more ambient-type bands can spread the word without having to go down the slightly more tacky route of soundtracking adverts?
