I notice that indie micro-chain Rise have finally got their webshop up and running. Well worth rooting around - loads of stock startlingly cheap. I think they use the old Fopp ethos of buying in lots of slightly older stock at cheapo prices so it's a little hit-and-miss in terms of selection but what's there is pretty awesome. I've no vested interest in this other than visiting their Bristol shop last year and being really impressed by the size, the stock and the fact that someone's opening new record shops when so many are closing down.
