WIN: Tickets to see Actress, Seams + Three Trapped Tigers in London!
Following on from our board competition last week to put a question to David Byrne, we've got another rather excellent 'un lined up --
The good folks at Kicker Conspiracy are giving you the chance to win a pair of tickets to see DiS favourites Actress, Seams and Three Trapped Tigers at CAMP in London on Thursday 10th February.
Actress' spectacular Splazsh album was one of our Lost 10 of 2010, a wonderful mess of haunted techno/house psychedelia. He rarely plays live, so this is an uncommon and great opportunity to catch a modern one-off in the flesh. Our reflections on the record can be found here: http://drownedinsound.com/in_depth/4141569-lost-10-of-2010-1--actress-splazsh
For the chance to win tickets, just reply in the thread below, telling us your favourite new track you've heard so far this year. We'll pick a winner at random next Thursday, 27th January, so get your entries in!

ACTRESS + THREE TRAPPED TIGERS + SEAMS + NO PAIN IN POP DJs
CAMP, London, Thursday 10th February
Actress, as otherwise known to his own mother as Darren Cunningham, is the acclaimed dub/two/something step artist performing his first live set of 2011 in London in the relative intimacy and ramshackle of The Camp, just off Old Street. He appears fresh from winning Wire Magazine’s No. 1 album of 2010, as well as many other illustrious publications and websites for his debut output ‘Splazsh’, which was released on the Honest Jon's label, created and founded by Damon Albarn.
Kicker Conspiracy are also very happy to announce that the main support on the night will be London’s math-rock troubadours, Three Trapped Tigers, who are back from recording their upcoming album by showcasing new material with a full UK tour later this year in the works. Also playing will be Seams, whose crisp, sample-laden electronica lands somewhere between the lush sounds of Kompakt, Gold Panda's globetrotting house music and the more dancefloor-ready side of Four Tet's back catalogue.
Tickets for the show are priced at £10 and available at http://www.wegottickets.com/
