Double-chin reducing playlists - Gym or running music
I'm sure there are a bunch of folks trying to get rid of their new year bulge and keep up with resolutions not to eat pie and drink ale like I did last night (in fact, it was a pie tasting platter with mash and it was absolutely delicious). Which leads me onto one simple question that may be useful at this time of the year...
What do you listen to in the gym? Do you go for electro or DJ mixes or Talking Heads or Nine Inch Nails or maybe really euphoric post-rock whilst cycling? Has anyone else tried LCD 45:33 or Simian Mobile Disco's 'Run'?
Post your suggestions and I'll compile a little "DiS at the Gym playlist" and give it a test, er, run. Made a start...
