How long dos it normally take these guys to ship something? I ordered a vinyl on the 14th November, got payment confirmation and haven't heard anything since. Tried emailing but no reply and left a message on answer phone.

Is a month generally too long to wait for an order through them? Had to get a back-up xmas present in case it doesn't come in time.
