The Honourable Mentions list just dropped and it contains 8 out of the 55 BNM-ed records of 2010, as well as a lot of the ones they gave 8.0-8.3s to.

Very surprised to see Surfer Blood and Liars not breach the list proper (especially SB who I would have put money on being top 25 at the very least), but it's good to see the likes of DOM and Guido - two of my personal favourite records of the year - get acknowledgment, even they don't make full-fledged top 50 status.
