Something about flippers (eBay, so they say), eh?

Well, what about this for an idea. If a guy buys a limited edition 7' and keeps it around knowing it'll be worth a million pounds in a few weeks time and puts it on eBay and sells it for a million pounds; why don't eBay bring in some sort of PRS thing - so grimyboy294 has to pay a 2.5% charge (to the artists) for selling a product which would see him make a profit and not the artistttsysmybrainghascollapsed....
