If you were going to make a film/write an article about the current state of British music (I mean the stuff that's on the fringes, we're not talking The Saturdays or The Kaiser Chiefs here), who would you have to interview? Who's opinion would the whole thing be invalid without? It's something I'm doing some research into and there's quite a lot of pretty clued up people here. Thoughts?
