Howdy partners,

I'm putting together a playlist themed around stylistic elements of the spaghetti Western/cowboy genre. I hesitate to say 'Morricone-influenced' because I'm certain somebody will criticise me for having a one dimensional appreciation of his work (which I absolutely do, admittedly).

My running order at present is:

The Dandy Warhols - Get Off
The Fresh & Onlys - Waterfall
Tapes n Tapes - Insistor
Pixies - Cecilia Ann
Last Shadow Puppets - Age of the Understatement
Doves - Kingdom of Rust
The Walkmen - Blue as your Blood

I'd appreciate your help with any recommendations that you think would fit in with this current selection. Songs with that 'twanged' guitar sound, galloping beats, epic, grand and dusty atmosphere are all welcomed. Feel free to expand on the palette, too; the playlist moves towards a country sort of feel as it progresses so I wouldn't be adverse to things like acoustic numbers or slide-guitar embellishments, etc. etc.
