Discussion of UK bass tings seems to have diminished slightly since Mr. Exploder's employment raised - anyone feeling any new bits at the moment they wanna share?

I guess the obvious one is Girl Unit's 'Wut', which is one of the most gigantic things I've heard for a while, great stuff - reminds me a little of Hyetal with those synths, but is a bit more hip-hoppy.

And Hyetal & Peverelist's collaborative 12" on Punch Drunk is REALLY RATHER NICE - sounds exactly what you'd imagine the two together to sound like.

It's grime, but Becoming Real's upcoming EP featuring Trim is really something special - crazy, eskibeat stuff.

Scientist's upcoming remix project on Tectonic is pretty cool sounding as well - twelve original dubstep tracks, remixed by a dub master. Some of the original tracks are really great anyway - there are fantastic bits from Loefah, Guido, Shackleton and Jack Sparrow on there - and the dub versions are, if anything, even more bizarre and dark.

Oh, and Shackleton's upcoming Fabric CD, which is vying with Villalobos for the best of the series.
