I'm not a fan of these type of threads, but this is honestly such a huge leap forward from anything he's done before, is it not? I mean, I always appreciated his work, but it felt too technical and not natural enough to my ears, like someone trying to do covers of other bands but in his own style.

This latest record is breathtaking though, I love the sound, the rhythm, the atmosphere. It feels like something with almost neverending appeal. Similarly, the live show is so so spellbinding as everyone seems to be saying... saw them last weekend in Berlin and they blew me away even more than before, just four guys really tightly packed playing this really solid, locking groove.

Am I alone in thinking this? Caribou fans, do you hate me and think Andorra is better?
