I must have been a total mindnumbed fool listening to too much Shackleton to notice, but seriously, how did I not know the Lips had released a new album until this week? Finally caught them live this weekend and it was amazing, but I realised I didn't know much of the material, so got home and found out they'd released a new one that's supposed to be their best for ages.

Anyway, I'm sure there wasn't much discussion about it here when it came out (maybe...?), but it's rather good isn't it? 'The Sparrow Looks Up At The Machine' and 'If' are both bloody fantastic.
