Boo Radleys - Everything's Alright Forever
Is a masterpiece from beginning to end. Not only is their best album (although Giant Steps is great I listen to this one more) it's one of the most creative shoegazing albums ever released and criminally ignored. Listen to 'Does this hurt?' and tell me I'm wrong!
