You lot always seem like a clever, helpful bunch so I thought I'd ask here before trying elsewhere...

I recently had to re-install Windows after getting a particularly bad virus and ever since I haven't been able to play music from my iPhone through iTunes on the computer. Also, it wont let me add music to my iPhone from the iTunes library which is very frustrating.

I've logged back into the iTunes Store, and iTunes recognizes my phone, and all the music on it, but all the tracks appear grey and will not play.

Any ideas how I can correct this? I tried to re-sync it but it wanted to wipe my phone and replace it with the music from the computer's iTunes library.

Help! Please?
