I'm really sorry, but I've never bought Frank Turner's awful Michael Moore politics before - I always believed he lost it after Million Dead split up - but this takes the biscuit.

He is stating in a recent interview with Rocksound magazine that his fans should consider 'spoiling the ballot paper'. I may be able to see how limp and pointless this is but for many of Turner's fans who are mostly young men - many of whom will be voting for the first time and take many of his 'paint by numbers politics' for gospel and will waste their all important vote for a cause about as shocking as a faded Cradle of Filth t-shirt.
