can anyone suggest some really good synthesizer music that isn't completely drone/ethereal/ambient or dance oriented? I tend to prefer vintage / analog synth sounds

i mean things like like silver apples, shogun kunitoki (who are excellent if people don't know them), martin denny's exotic moog album, add n to (x)'s avant hard, broadcast, white noise, tortoise, portishead's latest, belbury poly,

but i'm also into fennesz and a couple of error's tracks, autechre, etc.

so yeah, suggestions of any synth based music, preferably with a drummer, that isn't another drone/ambient whatsit or incredibly digital techno-y,house-y, dance music.
