La Shark are a musical enigma of monumental proportions, a band that have breathed life into a scene overloaded with so many distinctly average bands. Their live shows have become something of a legend on the London underground scene, the five young men's original purpose was to make the greatest spectacle of a live act; something they have honed and sweated over the past two years.

Whilst their influences are vast and definite, a true definition of their music has troubled many due to their vastly growing back catalogue of genre twisting tracks. All La Shark can truly be described as is a stunning new force in popular music, a band to actually get excited about, something that doesn't come along too often these days.

They have toured the UK in 2009 with the Macabees and Good Shoes, and have completed a nationwide tour with Paloma Faith. They will release their debut single, 'A Weapon', on So Darn So Records on 5 April 2010. The band are also giving away a free download of the track '1958', available from www.lashark.co.uk
