ABOUT THE SHOW
The Painter's Radio Show is dedicated to playing you interesting things you might not have heard before. Every Thursday evening on Xstream East Radio, our resident geek Seymour Patrick will be playing you 2 hours of stuff we think more people should know about, from ancient b-sides to overlooked classics to brand new bands we're excited about.
We'll be inviting bands we're excited about on the show, playing their records and making them talk about the music that gets them excited.
We want to know what YOU think we should be playing. It doesn't have to be new, it doesn't have to be cool; all we ask is that you tell us what songs and bands you think everyone should hear.
FANS OF MUSIC!
Get in touch! What new bands have you seen recently and you can't believe they're not massive already? What records have you recently discovered are The Greatest Thing Ever Committed To Tape? Are you raging at the injustice of the forgotten bands you've always loved more than life itself but no-one else seems to know or care? TELL US. WE WANT TO KNOW.
BANDS!
Get in touch! Send us a link, e-mail us your mp3s. If we like it, we'll play it. Just please bear in mind that we won't be swayed by your image or sales patter. These things do not matter. Music is all.
PROMOTERS!
Get in touch! Tell us about the bands you've seen recently that made you love mankind with all your heart and soul. And what gigs have you got coming up that you know will be awesome? TELL US. THE FUTURE OF HUMANITY MAY DEPEND ON IT.

ABOUT SEYMOUR
Seymour Patrick was born in Doncaster and raised on the mean streets of Bury St Edmunds. He currently shares a flat in Lewisham with 2 cats and 3 humans.
Having served 7 years in John Peel-approved indie rock combo Miss Black America, Seymour released a solo album as Open Mouth in 2007. He currently plays guitar with dirty noisy rock merchants Ten City Nation. He also provides occasional guitars for singer-songwriter Greg McDonald and bass guitar for East London's premier country and western band The Blazing Zoos.
Seymour can generally be found propping up the bar or DJing in the pleasingly grotty smaller venues of London and East Anglia, ranting to anyone who'll listen about Julian Cope and AC Acoustics. His favourite Kingmaker b-side is 'Sick And Angry Children'.
