"A drunk Joanna Newsom lisping nursery rhymes over the sound of an evil merry-go-round" - NME
“Victoria & Jacob's music has a real beating heart that pulsates around Victoria’s poetic musings to great effect.” - THE LINE OF BEST FIT
Victoria & Jacob are a lo-fi electro pop duo from London, UK. Their conception began whilst studying electronic music at University. Since then they've experimented with voice manipulation, delays, pitch shifts and glitches, eventually finding their sound by fusing organic self recorded samples with synthetic sounds, weaving the various elements into hypnotic repetitive melodies.
They have shared the stage with The Mystery Jets, Jeremy Warmsley, Gaggle, Stornoway and Broadcast 2000 amongst many others.

They’ve supported Wild Beasts, The Magic Numbers, Slow Club, Stornoway and First aid kit.
