I was browsing the newsagents earlier and went to do my weekly flick of NME and then throw down in boredom when I saw that the issue was actually fairly good. The reviews are spot on, there is a few decent interviews with Paul Weller, Jarvis and Nick Kent. The CD has some tracks that I haven't got round to getting or was interested in listening to. The Maccabees on the cover and a Gorillaz poster. Ok so there's not a 10/10 review of The Knife's amazing new album but this is surely the sort of issues the NME should be producing. I hope I can in future flick through the NME and think that was worth the £2.30 I didn't pay and instead read in the shop more often.
