Can anyone recommend a good sound card for Mac? It's mainly going to be used running to my hi-fi system for music and Final Cut editing but might be doing some recording too....budget £100 - £200. I have a PowerPC G5.

Thinking of the Apogee One (or the Duet if I can afford). Anyone using either of these or can recommend something else?
