Wow! I've listened to this maybe twice before in its entirety and enjoyed it but came away feeling quite unaffected and unsatisfied all the same. A strange reaction maybe...

However, was out with the Ipod and headphones this morning walking through the ice and snow from last night and it just sounded suddenly incredible. There seems to be a lot of emotion coming through but it’s subtle in contrast to other acts like say Animal Collective which I feel can be a bit obvious and predictable. Don't get me wrong, I think AC are wicked...I'm just tiring of them.

It got me thinking about electronic experimentalist music again.

Where can music of this complexity and power actually progress to now? Anyone know enough about electronic music to predict how this was change in the future? I really don't! Find it exciting though
