I'm sure this has been posted before...

The 7 inch single is pointless, isn't it? I actually don't see why someone would buy one. They can probably hold up to about 2 songs on each side (providing the length of the song of course) which means you have to keep getting up to change the song. I find it quite annoying that bands still release them and put an exclusive b-side on it. Just tack that addtional song on to the end of your album please! I assume the only reason people buy them is for the collectability value.

Next pointless format - Ultraload - I don't even know what this is.
