There's been a few hip-hop threads floating about here recenlty but little or no mention of Gucci. He's released like a billion mixtapes this year but his new album proper is awesome.

So many tunes, great guest spots (Lil Wayne, Usher, Niky Minaj) & fantastic beats. I really love Gucci's flow and lyrical style too. It's like an endless stream of surreal similies, boasting and punchlines.

He just has a ridiculous oversized personality that, much like ghost, explodes out of every track, and with Lil Wayne off making weird 'rock' tracks he's the kind of MC hip-hop really needs right now.
