I'm pretty sure I haven't seen this in any 'end of decade' lists yet, or at least anywhere of notable mention, and to my mind that's mental. It's a truly fantastic album, merging all the elements of what Idlewild are/were capable of, and it came out in May 2000. It should be in everyone's top 20.
