Hey, I've been listening to this on myspace over the last few days and I think it's great. Available here:

They're a four piece band from Manchester, though I'm not sure if kin's the name of the band or the artist. She has an amazing voice and seems like a big Thom Yorke and Jeff Buckley fan though she manages to avoid just aping those influences with quite a distinctive and restrained style.

The band sound really good as well. The bass player is ex-Fall and PJ Harvey man Simon 'Ding' Archer and he's also produced it at his studio and done a fine job.

For a first release I think it shows a lot of potential.
