Just heard an absolutely fantastic heart-wrenching version of Vapour Trail(originally be Ride) done by Trespassers William and it got me thinking, what other versions of classic shoegaze songs are there out there that stand up to the original.

i seem to remember Ride doing a version of Pale Saint's Sight of You and Severence (originally by Dead Can Dance) which I've p[laced below, together with the Vapour Trail cover. More suggestions please!
