Which albums have upset your expectations?

I'd say my number one would be Flaming Lips Embryonic; fucking brilliant and easily their best work since the Soft Bulletin. some songs sounds like Lightning Bolt and Oneida; and i'd NEVER have expected them to pull it out of the bag at this stage.
