Thread has probably been done before. I think it was 2003 I wanted to see Hot Hot Heat because of their album Make Up the Breakdown and thought it would be a good show. Metric who were not well known then were the opening act and they were fantastic. Hot Hot Heat came out and needless to say they were horrible. Bright spotlights blinded the crowd literally the whole show and their lead singer had this really awful hair and tacky outfit on and his voice kept cracking when singing. Yeah they suck.

How about y'all? Any opening acts that blew away the main?
