I was thinking that there's probably a fair few album releases that've passed me by completely, or albums where I've thought about checking out but never got round to it. I'm assuming this happens with a lot of us, there's just too much music worth discovering to keep up with it all.

Post all the albums you've loved this year, maybe we should restrict it roughly to albums that you would award 7/10 or higher to. No explanations needed (although I won't object to explanations), this is mainly a memory jogging exersise, a database in the form of a thread.
