1:57 to 2:20 in ‘Ball Lightning’ and 1:50 to 2:08 in ‘Suit City’ from Scream, Dracula, Scream by Rocket from the Crypt. I think they’re perfect; the kind of perfection every rock band should strive to include in their songs that is masterfully composed, precisely placed, epic in sound and bad ass in execution.

I just wanted to make these two sections of music the subject of a thread – go and listen to them now – but fast-forwarding/rewinding is pretty cool. It’s a very ‘tape’ thing to do.
