I realised that probably my 5 favourite White Stripes songs are actually covers - but, certainly compared to modern standards, they do perform a hell of a lot of covers of other people's songs live or otherwise. (They should really collect them all together or do a covers record, which might end up being one of the few decent attempts at that kind of thing).

Anyway, that list would be something like

before even getting to any originals - which would probably be Dead Leaves & The Dirty Ground.
