I was just thinking about some of the fantastic second albums that have been released this year (Jack Penate, The Horrors, White Denim, Wild Beasts etc.). What has been the best second album of this decade, and of all time?

This decade, Neon Bible or A-Ha Shake Heartbreak. Of all time, Talking Heads 'More Songs about Buildings And Food' or Joy Division 'Closer' for me.
