Hi guys, does anybody know who designed the cover to the Fleet Foxes single Mykonos? Looks like 8 painted people! Is it a re-print of a preexisting piece of art or was it designed for the band?

My girlfriend loves it and wants a big print. Anybody know if it has been released on 12", i can only find 7" versions available.
