I did this recently when I looked up the lyrics for Untrue by Burial. I thought the lyrics were "the way I feel inside, in song", which I really liked. Then I found out it was actually "the way I feel inside, and it's all (because you lied)" and the song totally lost the meaning for me.

Also, Peacebone by Animal Collective, I still hear the lyrics as "y'got the goooood times" instead of a strange lyric about dead flies or something silly.
