I'm starting gigging soon and need to plug a sampler into a DI box (i think that's how it works right?). The thnig is i don't really know what a DI box is and how many inputs it has and keep having visions of the sound guy saying "you haven't brought the right lead AHAHAHAHAHA". Will the lead i use to connect my sampler to a PA (it has two jacks coming out of the sampler's line out sockets and goes into two inputs) work?

I know this a really stupid question but i'm nervous and starting to doubt everything
