Dear DiS.

Please think of reasons that a £1.65 delivery fee for an email of an E-ticket is a fair price, considering I have already paid a £3 "service fee".

I find the service fee especially unacceptable, as I have been serviced by a non-sentient webpage that does not need to draw a salary or pay a mortgage, and have done all the data entry myself.

I am of course aware that this is just how things work now, and it's really really evil in many ways, but when it costs the same to recieve and print your own tickets by e-mail as it does to get the tickets in the post... whaa?
