My personal favorite is "Summer Girls" by LFO (Lyte Funky Objects...seriously). What other song could pull off the line "when you take a sip, you buzz like a hornet. Billy Shakespeare wrote a whole bunch of sonnets"?
The only rule I can think of to keep this thread focused is that the chosen songs need to have been released with an obvious intent of becoming a summer jam.
