I'm struggling to believe there will be another Michael Jackson. It's not just about him but just thinking of all the amazing legendary and charismatic artists that are now starting to die out: Elvis, James Brown, Prince, blah. There's a lot of contributing factors but which true legends have been born in recent years? Shit like Kylie or Robbie doesn't count. You still get amazing artists in terms of talent, and always will, but is that ever going to coincide with also being the biggest star in the world and having such charisma as some of the older, more enigmatic and less unnaturally nurtured artists?

Any thoughts? Does Amy Winehouse have to be the next Michael Jackson?
