Dear Festival Goers,

Sadly due to a lower number of ticket sales than expected, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Woolfire Festival this year.

As you are all no doubt aware the economic climate at the moment is very volatile, and combined with the number of ticket sales it has made the financial costs of putting on the event unfeasible for us. Our sincerest apologies to all who have already bought tickets and also to everyone who was planning to buy tickets in the coming weeks. All those who have bought tickets will receive a full refund. Please bear with us while we arrange to get this returned to you.

Please understand this decision has not been taken lightly, but given the circumstances we do not feel that we could run Woolfire to the standard that we all expect. We are very much hoping to return next year and will keep you all updated with news for 2010.
