I have no idea what the consensus of this band is around here, but
I've very, very slowly come to love them - slow mainly because the phrase 'Springsteen-esque' was never far away, which is one of the most off-putting things anyone could possibly say about a band.

Anyway, I think The '59 Sound is probably my favourite straight-ahead rock album for a few years.

Has anyone seen them live? They sound like they would be good live
