Have Future of the Left stopped offering the pre-order / advance download deal? I was waiting until I got paid but it seems to have vanished from their website.

Obviously I can just pre-order elsewhere and then pirate it but that would take a whole 30 seconds of extra effort, which is time I'd rather spend asking this question on a messageboard.
