Whilst I understand that music venues are struggling and to have them saved from possible closure is of course a good thing, but I wish the companies taking them on would stop adding their sodding brands to the name eg:

O2 Academy: Brixton Academy
HMV Forum: Kentish Town Forum
HMV Apollo: Hammersmith Apollo

It just seems very wrong to me.
