I really know nothing about what makes a good microphone, but I've got about £50 or so to burn on a new one, so I was wondering if anyone had anybody had any recommendations? Is there anything I should look out for? Um, I have an XLR input on my edirol thingy which I was using before, so yeah, that kind of microphone.

I expect this to sink, but any suggestions would be helpful. Tharnks.
